ECR_cro_1The ECR bluebook on traceability was published as an announcement of the launch of GS1 Croatia/ECR Croatia projects related to traceability. Along with the Fresh Fruit Traceability Project which is in course, we would especially like to draw attention to the project aimed at establishing a Food Industry Traceability Interest Group. The said project will be carried out with the participation of competent government institution, leading manufacturers and retailers, and all other potential interested participants. The aim of the project is to produce practical instructions for implementing traceability in line with the national traceability project implemented by the Ministry of Agriculture, which is also competent for safety and quality of food in Croatia.
