Three inspiring presentations from plenary, strategic session of Forum for Cooperation 2012 (ECR Poland Annual Conference). Every year the aim of Strategic session is to indicate important changes and trends in the development of the FMCG market.
1. Claudia Suarez Gapp from Nielsen explained how to effectively build customer satisfaction in the B2B environment, and how to build profitable relationships with customer.
2. Luc Demeulenaere of ECR Europe was talking about a new approach to shopper marketing in the Consumer and Shopper Journey concept. On the example of Greek supermarkets, the effectiveness of applied strategies and used practical solutions was shown.
3. Prof. Anna Giza-Poleszczuk in a great presentation on the sociology of the modern client explained the changes in the perception of freedom of choice and the effectiveness of marketing as well as the impact of “digitalization” of the world on the consumers behaviour.

FORUM WSPÓŁPRACY 2012 - Sesja Strategiczna

Trzy inspirujące prezentacje z plenarnej sesji strategicznej Forum Współpracy 2012. Sesja strategiczna co roku ma na celu wskazanie istotnych zmian i trendów w rozwoju rynku FMCG.
1. Claudia Suarez Gapp z Nielsena opowiedziała jak skutecznie budować satysfakcję klienta w kanałach B2B i jak uczynić relacje z klientem zyskownymi.
2. Luc Demeulenaere z ECR Europe opowiedział o nowym podejściu do shopper marketingu i koncepcji Consumer & Shopper Journey. Na przykładzie greckich marketów pokazał skuteczność zastosowanych strategii i praktycznych rozwiązań.
3. Prof. Anna Giza-Poleszczuk w świetnym wystąpieniu na temat socjologii współczesnego nabywcy opowiedziała o zmianach w postrzeganiu wolności wyboru i skuteczności marketingu a także o wpływie digitalizacji świata na zachowania klientów.
